Our Brains On Dancing

Ever wonder if there’s more to community dancing and contra dancing than the temporal pleasure you derive from it? A recent New York Times article explains, “A new study that compared the neurological effects of country dancing with those of walking and other activities suggests that there may be something unique about learning a social dance.” Thanks to the BFS dancer who alerted us to this article!
