A few BFS dancers – Chelsea, Coral & others – are starting “Belfast Adventure Education,” a homeschool enrichment program geared towards children ages 7-11 and launching in October 2020. They’re raising funds for start-up costs, a scholarship fund, and a diesel bus to run on solar power and vegetable oil.
Mark your calendar for their FUNraiser – Feb 14 at the Legion in Belfast.
The FUNraiser is a day-long event including singing, a fiberarts craft table for all ages, a Farm & Forest Fiber Flannel Runway Fashion Show, a contra dance with an all-comers bank, a live-music funk party, local and foraged food. More info: facebook.com/events/357963271751434/
