Yup, it’s curtains for Belfast Flying Shoes… stage curtains that is! In case you haven’t been to a first Friday dance lately, these photos illustrate the recent ‘before’ and ‘after’ look of our contra dance stage. The BFS board is immensely grateful to our frequent sound provider Eric Weest Johnson of New Sharon, who donated the curtain to BFS (which came to him from Phil McIntyre and the Skye Theater in Carthage), put together the hardware, and spearheaded the installation in the Legion space. We love it!
